This document affects the data processing carried out by Carrasco Asesoramiento y Gestión, S.L. (hereinafter Carrasco)

The registration or registration as a user of Gestoría Carrasco implies the express acceptance of our Privacy Policy. • To be able to process registration in the services, for visits, queries, doubts or suggestions or resolution of incidents related to our services.

• To be able to contact you in case of incidents regarding your personal data and communications as well as any management, as well as analyze statistics of use and consultation, and provide internal anonymous reports.

• To be able to send you, whenever absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the contracted services, or when you explicitly request it, communications, bulletins, or newsletters regarding our products or services.

• To improve our services. Conservation of the data The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested by the interested party.

After the cancellation of the service, the data will be kept for 8 years after the end of the contract, in application of the Civil Code and tax regulations.

Gestoría Carrasco does not transfer user data to third parties except by legal obligation. In the event that the registration in the Gestoría Carrasco services has been provided by a commercial agent, the data will be accessible to said agent. The user has the possibility of blocking the access of the commercial agent. The computer subsystems for data storage and call transmission used by Gestoría Carrasco may be subcontracted to companies providing computer services located in Europe or the United States, and therefore subject to the data protection regulations of the corresponding legislations in each case and moment; for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
