Par exemple, une entreprise qui produit des masques chirurgicaux aurait pu conclure un contrat de ce type en raison d&rsquo;une augmentation temporaire et impr\u00e9visible de la demande.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour des besoins de dur\u00e9e r\u00e9duite et dont la fin est connue<\/strong> (par exemple, pour l&rsquo;organisation d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sur trois semaines). La dur\u00e9e maximale est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 90 jours par ann\u00e9e civile, qui ne peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en continu, et ce quel que soit le nombre de travailleurs requis pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de chacun de ces jours.
