About the Deposit
To confirm your booking, we ask for a reservation deposit. This amount is part of the total price of your pet’s stay and will be deducted from the final bill.
Non-Refundable Conditions
The deposit cannot be refunded if:

You do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date.

You cancel less than 3 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation with Notice
If you cancel 3 days or more in advance, you may either:

Receive a full refund of your deposit, or

Use it as credit for a future booking within the next 3 months.
Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed only once the deposit has been paid.
